Detailed Explanation and Caveats
We have a pretty simple policy. Reservations are NOT required.
So if you show up and the work table, cubicle or meeting room is available, GREAT!
Go ahead and grab it. First come, first serve.
BUT – there you run the risk of someone else grabbing it first.
To make SURE you have workspace available, it’s best to use our Reservation Manager.
That way you’re GUARANTEED the space you want to work for the day.
Also, RESERVING space beforehand makes it easier for our staff coordinate resources and ensure all of our members have an enjoyable and productive work experience.
Some days are busier than others. So by knowing we have a number of people coming in on certain days, we can protect spaces like the large meeting / coffee area etc.
